If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased selection you can return it for a refund within 90 days of ordering it. The product needs to be returned in original condition and packaging for a complete refund. After we inspect the product you may also use your refund as store credit
Steps for returning your purchase:
Contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Send your product back with the RAN.*
Ship the package via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. Keep the tracking number for your records.
Make sure the item you are returning is protected from damage during transit. Clasps and other metal findings can scratch or damage pearls.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product we will refund your purchase. If the original purchase was made using a credit or debit card we will arrange a refund to those cards.
*Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for return items lost during shipping.
